Change your perspective
Spend a semester in Africa learning outside of the classroom and creating new bonds. Between South Africa and Mozambique, you’ll learn in environments both rural and urban, find your place in a welcoming community, and return home ready to put your new skills to use.
Culture and Skills
Join us for our Skillmester in Africa to learn new skills, explore new countries and cultures, and discover new things about yourself along the way. You’ll interact with the local community through art and debate. You’ll learn to manufacture bicibombas, bicycle powered water pumps, and donate them to a community in need. You’ll immerse yourself in the outdoors through everything from scuba diving to permaculture to animal tracking. And your semester will culminate in a capstone project that you plan, implement, and present to not only your peers, but the public in Cape Town!
